Pacific West is dedicated to providing value through practice management, best practices and education at our meetings and events.
Each year we host our Leadership Summit conference where each of our financial professionals and their assistants are welcome to attend. This event is geared towards maximizing knowledge through product offerings, technology and marketing. 2008 Leadership Summit Agenda Overview
Our annual Top Producer Event offers an educationally rich format of high level product and industry discussions provided in a fun and relaxed environment.
We offer Business Development Days in several locations throughout the nation. These meetings focus specifically on investment topics in an in-depth manner.
The Assistant University is offered each year and dedicated to the professional development of our representatives’ assistants. This program has been a resounding success in providing licensed and unlicensed assistants valuable information for themselves and the offices they represent.
Frequent Conference Calls and Focus Group sessions are hosted at the home office to share new industry and product information. These are held on a variety of subjects and are presented by product sponsors or a home office employee.
