Pacific West offers programs to guide representatives through the daily management of their business, including high level topics such as wealth management solutions, succession and advisory planning.
Courses offered have featured human resources-related topics, such as how to hire an employee. We understand that often your focus is to service the client, and that training sessions on running a business can be very valuable.
We also support the management of your practice by offering education to your licensed and unlicensed assistants. Each year at our Assistant University, assistants from across the nation join us for a day of industry news, marketing and advertising, technology resources, record management, client servicing and a whole lot more. We have received resounding feedback that this program has been valuable for all that attend, and for the offices they represent.
