Your transition begins with your very first call to Pacific West.  We enjoy learning about your business and brainstorm unique ways we can assist you in its growth.

The affiliation process to join Pacific West has been organized and streamlined to make your transition as efficient as possible.

Game Plan Call

Immediately after approval, our Transition team will schedule a Game Plan Call to map your individual transition. This initial call establishes the transition action plan and strong communication.

Road Map to Success

After the Game Plan Call, we schedule a Roadmap to Success, an orientation session aimed at how to do business at Pacific West. We will cover the policies and procedures of Pacific West and introduce you to the Home Office staff.

Your transition continues with weekly updates which provide you with the status of your accounts, appointment paperwork and logistical information.

At any time during your affiliation, the Pacific West Transition team led by our transition specialist, will be here to answer your questions.
