Erinn Ford brings passion, communication and integrity to her leadership position at Pacific West Financial Group, a business started by her family in 1972.  She joined the company in 1990.

Integral to the success of Pacific West, Erinn oversees the Marketing Department, where she continually brings teams together to achieve greater results.

“So much of our business is relationship-based and the people are so important,” says Erinn, who also serves as the firm’s Director of Representative Relations. “Therefore it is vital to listen to and appreciate everyone's thoughts and ideas.  I am driven to fulfill our vision statement of being the premier financial services firm in the United States.” 

Erinn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Washington and holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.  Away from the office, Erinn enjoys snow and water skiing and spending time with her husband Shanon and daughters Makenna and Alexa.
