As President of Pacific West Financial Group and its subsidiary companies, Pacific West Securities, Inc. and Pacific West Financial Consultants, Inc., Shanon Ford is focused on ensuring all components of the companies are working in harmony to support the firm’s vision to be the premier independent financial services firm in the nation. 

“Through building on Pacific West’s already strong internal processes and systems, we can provide accurate and timely service and answers to our registered representatives, and that will continue to move us closer to achieving our vision,” Shanon says.

He joined Pacific West in 2000 as a Vice President after more than four years as a senior analyst for the largest commercial real estate appraisal firm on the West Coast. With expertise in appraising and analyzing real estate, Shanon has been instrumental in building a nationally respected due diligence program on private placements and tenant in common investments.  Shanon was named Chief Financial Officer in 2002 becoming an integral part of the Executive Team, and became President in 2006.

Shanon earned an Economics degree at the University of Washington. He is active in the industry, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Tenant-In-Common Association.  In the past, he has chaired numerous committees, including TICA Due Diligence and Compliance Committee.

He enjoys snow skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife, Erinn, and two daughters.
